Admissions
At Berlin Health and Rehabilitation Center we do all we can to expedite the admissions process for our patients.
Generally, most admissions paperwork will be handled by your physician’s office, by the hospital that makes your referral, or by our center. We also accept self-referred patients and patients whose families complete the admission process on their behalf.
If you (or a family member) are currently a patient in a hospital and you wish to be admitted to Berlin Health and Rehabilitation Center, your best course of action is to inform your physician and/or hospital case worker as soon as possible of your preference.
